How we handle your information.

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you request an appointment we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number and what you’d like explained. There is no email list and no signup form on this site, so that is the only thing we collect.

What the tools collect

Nothing. Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Figures you enter are never sent to us, never stored, and never linked to any account.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your request and to contact you about what we do. We may disclose your details to a third-party financial education provider where you have asked to be introduced to one. We do not sell personal information.

Stopping contact

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also reply to any email, or write to hello@greenerfinancialfuture.com.au, and we’ll stop.

Access and correction

You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email the address above.

Complaints

If you think we’ve mishandled your information, tell us first and we’ll look into it. If you’re not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
